As a Registrant and Entrant ("Users") to The No Surrender Charitable Trust (NS) websites www.nosurrender.org and www.no-surrender.org , we have a number of obligations to you with regard to the management of your personal information under the Data Protection Act 1998.
This policy sets out the way in which we will deal with
the information that you provide to allow us to manage your
relationship with NS.
Information collected NS collects personal information from
Users for the purposes of:
- setting up and managing your registration
- building up personal profiles and
- providing you with information about NS.

NS will take all reasonable steps to ensure that any
information that we hold about you is accurate and
current.

Monitoring of Data
All of your data is recorded on our computer systems. We
also carry out routine monitoring of all transactions as they take
place to assist us in improving the service that we provide to
you.
Cookies & Tracking
Transactions carried out on our Internet websites
automatically collect information using cookies. A "cookie" is a
small piece of information sent by a web server to a web browser,
which enables the server to collect information from the
browser.
Cookies are used on this site for two purposes, firstly to
allow Users to login to the site and to check that your computer is
still logged in to the same session while you browse from page to
page. While placing a vote information will be temporarily stored

NS will take all reasonable steps to ensure that Users

NS will only disclose personal information to charity
partners, successors in title to our charity and suppliers that are
engaged to process such information on our behalf.
