The No Surrender Charitable Trust's annual quiz held 14th March 2010 at Allum Hall, Elstree generated an amazing £20,000.

The quiz and auction held on behalf of the charity set up by Jason Boas, who sadly passed away in November 2008 of pancreatic cancer, proved to be a great night.

With over 400 people in attendance, the quiz was sponsored by Lexus - Edgware Road - Main Sponsor along with Chaseside Financial Services - Financial Services, Insurance and Investment, MG - Martin Gold Hairdresser, Technica Solutions - IT Support and services, Austin Chambers - Estate Agency, Accura - Accountants, A Current Affair - Events Organisers and Management, Martin Shepherd and Co Solicitors, Cakelicious - Scrumptious Cakes. Our thanks also go to Simon Wolanski of Office Diner for catering the event.

The No Surrender Charitable Trust which has set up a global social network for cancer sufferers at www.no-surrender.org also had in attendance and making a speech Professor Max Malago explaining the benefits of the research into pancreatic cancer with University College Hospital London through a Fellowship in Jason's name that has been funded by the charity.

Andrew Boas, Jason's brother commented on the evening, "It's so important to raise money and be able to support so many people with cancer through no surrender, and this year's quiz was a fantastic success. What Jason has started is incredible, and I know he would have been delighted with the overwhelming support and direction of the charity. However heartbreaking this situation is for my family, I'm honored to say he was my brother, and that I can be a part of No Surrender."

No Surrender thanks all those that attended for their continuing support.
